Baltimore now has the free, tourist-friendly Charm City Circulator with a stop right outside the hotel. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes and connects you to Penn Station and the Inner Harbor.

You may want to arrive a day early or stay a day late to tour the National Aquarium, Camden Yards (the Orioles are out of town). Head over to the Hard Rock Cafe, ESPNZone and other restaurants. Get into some history with Ft. McHenry, Edgar Allen Poe’s House, the USS Constellation, and the Babe Ruth Museum.

And don’t forget that Washington, D.C. is less than an hour away!

Easy Access By Plane, Train, Or Automobile!

One of the chief reasons for the selection of Baltimore as the location for SIMPLE 2 is its easy access. The hotel is located just a few minutes from Penn Station (train). If you live in the northeast corridor (Delaware, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts), traveling by Amtrak is a great way to beat the tolls and traffic.

Traveling by plane? Baltimore’s Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) offers direct flights from Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Atlanta, Chicago, Orlando and many other major cities. BWI is a hot stop for Southwest Airlines and AirTran, and most other major airlines fly into BWI. Live in the UK? British Airways flies to BWI from Heathrow (strikes permitting!).

And of course, you can certainly drive to Baltimore using the two main interstates I-95 and I-70. A city-owned garage is adjacent to the hotel (just $10-13/day).
